These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases of digital products and services offered by NORDICSCOTT - FZCO through our websites, salespages, and connected checkout platforms. By purchasing a product or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope and Definitions

These Terms apply to the relationship between NORDICSCOTT - FZCO ("we", "us", "Nordic Scott") and the customer ("you", "customer") for the purchase and use of our digital products.

Merchant of Record: Digistore24 GmbH, who acts as the reseller and handles all payment and invoicing
Content Platform: Tentary GmbH, through which products are delivered and accessed

Community memberships

Seller and Merchant of Record

All purchases of products are processed and sold by our Merchant of Record: Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany (HRB 202956, VAT ID: DE288931281).

DigiStore24 acts as the seller of record. This means DigiStore24 handles all payment processing, tax collection and remittance, invoicing, and transaction-related customer service. The contract of sale is formed between you and DigiStore24.

Nordic Scott is the creator and provider of the products. Nordic Scott is responsible for the content, quality, and delivery of the products, as well as for community management and product-related customer support.

Formation of Contract

The contract of sale is formed when you complete the checkout process on the DigiStore24 checkout page and receive a purchase confirmation via email. Before completing the purchase, you have the opportunity to review your order details and correct any errors.

The purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. This email contains all essential information about your purchase, including access instructions.

Prices and Payment

Prices

All prices are shown on the respective salespage and at checkout. Prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable statutory taxes (e.g. VAT for EU customers) where required.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are provided by DigiStore24 and typically include credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, and other methods depending on your country. The specific methods available will be shown during checkout.

Invoicing

DigiStore24 issues an invoice for each purchase and sends it to the email address you provide. Invoices comply with applicable tax regulations in your country of residence.

Delivery and Access

Digital products are delivered electronically. Immediately after successful payment:

You will receive a purchase confirmation email from DigiStore24
You will receive a welcome email from Nordic Scott with access details to your product
You can access the product by logging in to your Nordic Scott account on the Content Platform

Access to community platform (Skool) may require a separate registration on the respective platform using the same email address used at checkout.

Access Duration

Unless otherwise specified on the salespage, access to purchased products is granted for continuous access, as long as the platform remains operational and reasonable business circumstances permit.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the technical requirements to access and use the products, including a working internet connection, a compatible device, and an up-to-date web browser.

Refund Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are processed by our Merchant of Record, DigiStore24. To request a refund:

Include a brief statement that you are requesting a refund within the 60-day guarantee period
DigiStore24 will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 to 14 business days

Effect of Refund

Upon refund, your access to the product will be revoked. You must delete any downloaded content and cease all use of the product.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Customers residing in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal in addition to our 60-day money-back guarantee. Details of the statutory right of withdrawal, including instructions and a model withdrawal form, are provided by DigiStore24 as the Merchant of Record and can be found at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email.

Waiver of right of withdrawal for digital content: When purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase, EU consumers may be asked to expressly consent to the immediate delivery and acknowledge that they lose their statutory right of withdrawal upon the beginning of the delivery. This consent is collected at checkout by DigiStore24. Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies regardless of any such waiver.

Usage and License

Upon successful purchase, Nordic Scott grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the product for your own personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May

Access the product for your personal or internal business use
Apply the knowledge, techniques, and strategies to your own projects
Reference general concepts in your own creative or professional work

You May Not

Copy, redistribute, resell, or share the product with others
Upload product content to publicly accessible platforms
Use the product to create competing products or services
Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions
Grant others access to your account or share login credentials
Use automated systems to download or scrape product content

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Community Conduct

Access to our community platform (Skool) is a privilege. By participating, you agree to:

Treat all members with respect and dignity
Refrain from spam, self-promotion outside designated areas, or aggressive marketing
Not share confidential information, private messages, or personal data of other members
Not post illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content
Follow the community guidelines published within each platform

Violation of these rules may result in warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community without refund.

Warranty and Liability

Educational Nature

All products are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from the application of the content. Results depend on your individual effort, market conditions, prior experience, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nordic Scott shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the products
Damages caused by third-party services or platforms

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where limitation is not permitted by mandatory applicable law (e.g. injury to life, body, or health).

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the products at any time if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the products.

Upon termination:

Your access to all purchased products and communities will be revoked
You must cease all use of the products and delete any downloaded content
Depending on the circumstances, refunds may or may not be issued at our sole discretion

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For EU-based consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable and are not affected by this choice of law.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions where applicable.

Final Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the intended economic purpose.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our products after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nordic Scott regarding the purchase and use of our products.
